Returns

All products purchased, excluding International orders, have a return policy of up to 45 days of receiving the item.

We charge a non-refundable $40 customization fee when a personalized My Twinn Doll or a My BFF doll is returned and we deduct the fee from the refund amount.

An exchange request must be for the same item. If you would like a different item, once the returned item is received in the warehouse, your credit card will be refunded for the amount of the item, and then you may place a new order for the item(s) you would like.

Return Shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

We do not accept returns or exchanges from International orders.
