Shipping Information

Please be aware of the following in order to assist you with your shipping selections and needs:

• The process time for accessories is 1-3 business days for Standard, Express and Premium delivery methods.
• For our customized dolls, the doll will not begin processing until all completed information is submitted. After receiving all the completed information, the processing time is up to 3 weeks. Once the doll is processed, she will be shipped via the shipping method chosen on the order.
• For our RUSH doll orders, the processing time is up to 7 business days after we receive all the completed information. Once the doll is processed, she will be shipped via the shipping method chosen on the order.
• Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday) excluding major holidays within the United States.
• Second Day and Next Day orders require a street address.
• Items shipped to the following destinations may only be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service and cannot be expedited:
  • Alaska and Hawaii
  • PO Boxes
  • APO/FPO
  • US Territories (including Puerto Rico)

Please allow for additional shipping and handling time for orders shipping to these destinations. We also cannot guarantee deliver times for APO/FPO addresses as these orders may take up to 6 weeks for delivery.

Packages weighing less than 6 lbs will ship via UPS SurePost and will be delivered to the local post office hub in the ship to area.  All other packages will ship via UPS Ground.

Although we offer delivery to post office boxes, we suggest using a physical address to ship your order so that we can ensure a timely Christmas delivery. Items shipped to a PO Box can not be expedited and therefore cannot be guaranteed for Christmas delivery.

We charge shipping based on the total amount of your order.

International Orders are accepted online ONLY.  Shipping charges are different for International orders.  When checking out simply click on the International Customer? button at the bottom of your shopping cart.  This will automatically take you to the international checkout page where shipping costs and fees will be shown.
