My Twinn $500 Dollar Shopping Spree - rules and conditions

Winners will be chosen weekly by a random drawing from all entries received through midnight PST each Sunday while contest is in effect, beginning Sunday November 8, 2009 and every Sunday thereafter. Winners will be awarded the right to purchase up to $500.00 in merchandise and or shipping and handling charges.  Winners can elect to have their names and photos posted on the My Twinn website until the next winner is announced.

 

By entering a My Twinn. contest, you agree to these terms:

 

1. Anyone visiting this Web site under the terms outlined below is eligible to enter the contest or giveaway. To qualify, all entries must be submitted using the email form on the homepage. Your entry MUST include a working E-mail address (so we may contact you) and all required fields of information ! Only one entry per person per week/contest may be submitted. Multiple entries will be removed and/or disqualified. No files or other attachments may accompany contest entries. Only US residents and persons over the age of 18 are eligible to enter contest. 

2. Winners will be notified by E-mail and must submit their full name and mailing address for status and prize verification. This information will NOT be distributed or published to any mailing lists not in direct control of My Twinn or its affiliates; My Twinn may elect to send information about related products and services via US mail or email contest entrants. Only the winner's name and /or photo may be posted on our upcoming Contest Winners page. Instructions for redeeming your prize will be provided to winner when they are notified .

3. If a selected winner can't be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, an alternative winner will be selected.

4. Prizes are not negotiable or exchangeable for cash or other prizes.

5. This prize cannot be combined with other offers or current promotions.

6. My Twinn employees, associates and family members are not eligible for this contest.

7. In the event that programming errors, computer hacking, personal blunders, or any other cause leads to prize not being available, the contest administrator has absolutely no liability per the contest being offered, as this promotion was offered in good faith.

8. No purchase required; Contest is active for a limited time only. My Twinn reserves the right to withdraw this contest without prior notice and to disqualify any winner.
