
My Twinn has a separate return policy for items purchased from September 15th through December 21st as it is presumed these purchases are for Christmas. All orders placed within this time frame may make returns and exchanges until January 31st.
All products purchased outside of the Holiday returns time frame (September 15th through December 21st) have a return policy of up to 45 days of receiving the item.
We charge a non-refundable $40 customization fee when a personalized My Twinn Doll is returned and we deduct the fee from the refund amount . An exchange request must be for the same item. If you would like a different item, once the returned item is received in the warehouse, your credit card will be refunded for the amount of the item, and then you may place a new order for the item(s) you would like.
Shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is a result of our error.
