All items including Adopt a Friends may be returned to our facility within 45 days of receipt of the product.
If you request a refund on a Personalized doll they are subject to a non refundable $40 customization fee upon review.
Shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is a result of our error.
Vintage Friends are non returnable and non refundable.
